These guys are outstanding! I called them initially because of mouse droppings in my basement. We had the droppings professionally cleaned, but the cleaner made it clear that unless we stop the mice from getting in, we were just going have to call him again. If you’re like me, I’ve found that any sort of either pest company or plumbing company that I have to call in an emergency always way over charges, and I don’t always feel like they did a great job. Ed came by, was incredibly professional, and felt confident that he was able to plug up the holes where the mice were coming in. However, he made it clear that there was still a chance they could come in, and while he wasn’t pushy with it, said that their annual service might be the best option for price. I thought the price was very fair, so I did it. I’m definitely glad I made that decision. While we haven’t seen any mice droppings, we’ve had three different bees nests on our house this summer, two of them being some sort of bee that gets in through the wood and actually into our house which was definitely not optimal. Each time I called Zero Pests, they came out and immediately took care of the nests. I could not be happier with Zero Pests and couldn’t recommend them more.
